Anika Agarwal joined Insight in 2014. She focuses on leveraged buyouts and majority recapitalizations of application and infrastructure software companies. Anika helps lead investments in both high growth and mature software businesses and currently sits on the board or oversees Insight's investments in Appriss Retail, Bamboo Health, Bestpass, Bonterra, Bullhorn, CivicPlus, CommerceHub, Community Brands, Ellkay, Inhabit, Inovalon, iLobby, Optimizely, PDI, Saks.com, SaksOff5th.com, and Vector Solutions. Anika was included in The Wall Street Journal's Private Equity Women to Watch list, profiled as a Wall Street Journal Private Equity Rising Star, and named to GrowthCap's list of Top 40 Under 40 Growth Investors.

AJ has invested over $2 billion across enterprise and consumer technology since joining Insight in 2014, executing more than 40 acquisitions for portfolio companies spanning real estate, fintech, and healthcare. He currently leads active investments including Cotality, HqO, Chargebee, and Clarify Health.

Ben joined Insight in 2022. Previously, he was a Principal at Amazon Web Services, leading AWS' relationships with 25+ top-tier growth equity and venture capital firms. Prior to AWS, Ben was CEO of AI startup TalkIQ (acquired by Dialpad), Founder-in-Residence at venture builder Atomic, and held several strategy and marketing roles at Google.

Byron leads Insight's AI-first strategy work. On Day Two he presents the framework that decomposes the archetypes of AI-native software companies: six variables, direct views on which moats are strengthening, and which transitions Insight believes are most viable.

Charlene is an Executive Vice President on the Insight Onsite team. She first joined Insight in 2007, working with cross-functional teams at portfolio companies on various strategic and operational initiatives. Charlene left in 2010, rejoining in 2016, to work with portfolio companies on driving marketing performance and accelerating growth. During her time away from Insight, Charlene studied Chinese at Tsinghua University, pursued her MBA at Wharton, launched a children's book site at Amazon/Quidsi, and led operations and growth at Locality, a startup in the local services space. Prior to Insight, Charlene was a strategy consultant with The Monitor Group, where she was a member of the innovations team.

Crissy joined Insight in 2021, focusing on high-growth software businesses in SaaS, DevOps, and infrastructure. She previously invested at Primary Venture Partners and B Capital Group across all company stages, and held go-to-market roles at three B2B startups, including two developer platforms.

George brings 20+ years scaling high-growth technology companies, including as President & COO of Alteryx through its IPO and CEO of Kespry. Naveen Rao is the CEO and cofounder of Unconventional AI, with a unique background bridging neuroscience and computing. He earned his PhD in Neuroscience from Brown University and successfully founded and sold two AI startups: Nervana Systems (acquired by Intel) and MosaicML (acquired by Databricks).

Founder and CEO, Nick Shapiro has more than 20 years of crisis management, national security and strategic communications experience in the White House, at the CIA and in the private sector. Shapiro served as the CIA's Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to the CIA Director. Shapiro also served in the White House as a National Security Spokesperson for President Obama. After leaving the U.S. Government in 2015, Shapiro became the Global Head of Crisis Management for Airbnb. In 2019, Shapiro launched 10th Avenue Consulting LLC which provides confidential strategic counsel to corporate, private sector, nonprofit and celebrity clients who are facing complex and challenging problems.

Nikki leads marketing strategy and communications at Insight Partners, amplifying the firm's industry leadership and value to portfolio companies. Previously SVP at 5W PR, she directed consumer tech, B2B, and crisis communications for major brands across cybersecurity, AI, and SaaS.

Pablo brings 20+ years scaling commercial teams across startups and global enterprises. Before Insight he was VP of Global Business Operations at AppNexus (acquired by AT&T for ~$2B) and led global sales operations at ADP across 8,000+ associates. At Insight he partners with portfolio companies to build and scale go-to-market operations and staffs the AI Labs throughout all three days.

Praveen brings deep experience building products and scaling engineering teams across infrastructure and cloud platforms. He previously served as CEO at VCE, creating a new market category and achieving $1B+ in revenue, and led Viptela to $100M+ in run-rate revenue before its acquisition by Cisco.

Rachel has spent a decade-plus advising executive teams at high-growth tech companies on scaling strategy, teams, and themselves. She joined Insight in 2021 and leads the core working session of the summit on Day Two, guiding CEOs through the strategic choices that only they can make, from archetype selection to a one-page AI-first strategy plan peer-tested in the room.

Richard is a Senior Vice President, Sales & Customer Success. In this role he works closely with Insight's companies, helping first time founders evolve their GTM organizations into scalable well-oiled machines. He views his role as equal parts coach, subject matter expert, confidant, and thought partner. He values diverse perspectives and is as likely to quote John Boyd or Peter Drucker as he is the most cutting-edge research when working with a founder tackling a GTM challenge. Richard started his career in product roles at Microsoft and Microsoft Research Asia, before transitioning to venture backed startups. He's held leadership roles in solutions / partnerships engineering, sales, and full P&L general management.
